How do I know if I have rats or mice or squirrels?
All our rodent treatments start with an inspection where our experienced pest control technicians will identify the type of pest and make a plan of action to tackle the infestation. The ways of identifying the type of pest range from faeces to gnawing and nesting.
As a small company you will be able to speak directly with the technician before any bookings and tell them of your findings and concerns in return they can offer advice before any bookings are made
What should I do if I hear scratching noises in the loft?
If you are able to get into the loft space look for any evidence of droppings or nesting, take photos if possible of your findings and send them to our team for identification.
If you are not able to go into the roof space give our team a call, our technicians will come and carry out an inspection survey which they will report on their findings and advise on a treatment plan.

Do I need to leave my house during treatment?
Some insect treatments require you to leave the property for a few hours while chemicals are airborne, this is usually for Fleas, Moths and types of Beetles. Once the chemicals are dry it is safe for you to return to the property.
Treatment for Wasp and Ants we ask that you keep away from the treated area for a few hours this will be advised on at time of treatment.
What should I do before you arrive?
One of the most important parts of treatments for fleas and moths is to vacuum the areas to be treated just before the technician's arrival, this helps wake up the insects and get a better kill rate. The less clutter in a room means we can give better coverage with spray treatments. Our technician will advise on this when you make a booking.
How many visits will I need?
Insects such as wasps, ants and fleas can be resolved with a single visit treatment, sometimes a follow up visit will be needed to ensure complete eradication of the infestation. Our technicians will advise on any revisits needed.
